If you'd like more "activity", then I'd suggest you follow and keep an eye on @Tropenet for the forseeable future, because once I've uploaded all the Da Bomb EP to this site, I intend to start REALLY cranking out stuff there.

I'm not quitting making music as Caro, but I'm prioritizing that project for the time being, putting as many of my current eggs into that basket.

I Forgot Something and I'm too lazy to just add it to the other thing.

Another EP is going to be made. For real this time.

It'll feature a few remakes of songs I never published fully, most notably my first Front-Pager, "To A Theater Near You!"

It's been a while.

With my last publish, I said "We Are Back", only to underestimate how busy things can get…again. Whoops.

But that's not to say I haven't been productive with this endeavor. But I've shifted ideas around, and have been prioritizing other projects.

Firstly, @Tropenet.

When I first presented this project to IllogicalR in 2023, I didn't know exactly what I wanted out of it, or how we would accomplish this. But now there's a plan set in stone.

We will be releasing our first EP by the end of the summer. It contains eight tracks, five originals and improved versions of our first three tracks (Basically, Brain Food, and Milkshake Fidelis). Arrangement and most of the mixing is done, so expect that to drop soon.

Secondly, a possible new project.

I've been writing bitpop since about 2017. With the fact that I didn't begin uploading things until 2021, I have a lot of old material that I believe can use some improvement.

BUT, I don't think this brighter sound fits my current sound. As such, there's a high chance I'd release these songs under a different name, but still upload them to Newgrounds and YouTube via my Caro accounts.

I look forward to continuing these projects, and some other plans I have for the future.

Earlier today, I came across a sample pack of alligator sounds, bellows, hisses, snaps, that sort of stuff. It made me think about the idea of doubling down on the whole "Florida Man" gimmick. I think it would be an interesting concept to explore in the long run. Plus, it makes sense for me historically. When I was in college, I was pretty much the only Floridian anybody knew, so everybody started calling me the Florida Man.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I don't know where, I don't know when, but I want to do a show playing my music. Maybe this year.

Thunderbird- The Ford Thunderbird, obviously. I think the 80's version looks cool. That's it.

It Happens- PG Version of "Shit Happens", but the original project file was called "The Happenings, The Times, And So On", but that's too overcomplicated.

Aeroplain- This song was gonna have lyrics, something about flying, but I can't write lyrics.

I Forgor- Take a guess.

Old King Bones- Old King Cole but he fucking died ages ago.

Lolsalad- Something I pulled from the Dunderpatrullen Discord server.

Been a while, yes, but perfectionism sucks. So I've decided to stop caring about it. The only way you can make your creative abilities better is through feedback anyway, and you can't exactly do that when the only person listening is you.

2023 ended up a little underwhelming for new projects, but that's not to say I wasn't productive.

Here's a list of everything I'm working on.

1- Remakes of my other Newgrounds exclusive tracks. I have two almost done at the moment and I'd like to have them finished and fully published by the end of the year, or at least one of the three I'm working on.

2- Five original Caro tracks. One of them is almost done. However, I'm torn between releasing that one as a single, or finishing them all as my third EP, it's hard to say right now.

3- A new collaborative project. It's been a vision of mine for a while now, and it's something I've spent most of my time working on. The songs will be similar in style to what I've worked on up to this point, but with another, familiar mind working on them as well.

4- Another secret thing. It's almost done, I don't want to give too much away.

Recently, I posted a remake of a song I first published about two years ago by the name of "It Happens", a song which has apparently garnered a lot of mileage in the Geometry Dash community. In a sheer stroke of stupidity on my end, I deleted the original upload while posting the remake. But now, it's back!

Thank you to Polarbeahr for finding a copy of the mp3 file and sending it to me. Both the original and remake of "It Happens" have API enabled, so feel free to use them as you wish, but still, If you wanna use it or any of my songs in a GD level, feel free to message me with a video. I don't play the game myself, but it's cool seeing what people create in that medium.
